Reception have had a great time in the Life Education caravan this week.

We began by learning about our bodies.  We looked at Tam the doll. We talked about blood, bones, muscles, our brains, our heart and our lungs.

We used our magic fingers to make these parts of Tam light up. We used the energy in our bodies to do some singing and dancing.

We then met Harold!

Harold told us about going to stay at his grandparents house and staying safe and healthy.

Harold got a little bit sad at one point so we suggested ways to cheer him up.

We also learned about how important our sleep is. We know that we do lots of growing whilst we are asleep!  We pretended to go to sleep and the stars came out!

Finally, we said goodbye to Harold and gave him a little stroke. We had a great time in the Life Education Caravan and we found learnt lots of interesting things about our bodies.
